1. Page Objectives​

This page lists the different types of client requests, allowing users to add, remove, or manage request types.

2. Table​

The table displays the available client request types. Each row represents a different type of request that clients can submit.

2.1. Table Actions​

  • Create Client Request Type: Allows users to create a new type of client request by specifying its details.

2.2. Columns​

2.3. Filters​

  • Name: Allows the user to filter the list based on the name of the request type.
  • Description: Filters the list by the description of the request type.
