Incident Motives

1. Page Objectives

This page allows users to view, edit, and delete different incident motives that can be linked to various processes in the system. Incident motives can help categorize issues for better management and resolution tracking.

2. Table

The table on this page displays a list of available incident motives along with their names. Each row represents a motive that can be managed (edited or deleted) directly from the list.

2.1. Table Actions

New Incident Motive: Creates a new incident motive to be added to the list.

2.2. Columns

FieldDescription
NameThe name of the incident motive (e.g., "Sujo")
DescriptionA description of the incident motive

2.3. Filters

Date filter: Filters the table by date (Default, Today, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year).

2.4. Record Actions

Edit: Allows editing the incident motive selected. Delete: Removes the incident motive from the list permanently.
