How to Assign Articles

Prerequisites

• Articles must already exist (Learn How to Create Articles)
• A contract must exist (Learn How to Create Contracts)
• Client employees must exist (Learn How to Create Client Employees)
• Contract fees must exist (Learn How to Create Contract Fees)

Steps to Follow

1. Access the Articles Page (Articles Management Menu)

To access this page, click Articles Management > Articles in the side menu.

2. Click the Actions Group Icon (⋮) on the Desired Record

Within the Articles page, click the actions group icon (⋮) on the row of the article to which you want to assign articles.

3. Click the Assign Option

After clicking the actions group icon (⋮), click Assign.

4. Fill in the Form

Fill in the form fields with the necessary information to assign the articles.
