How to Assign Roles to a User
Prerequisites
- A role must exist (Learn How to Create a Role)
- A user must exist (Learn How to Create a User)
Steps to Follow
1. Access the Users Page (People Management Menu)
To access this page, click People Management > Users in the side menu.
2. Click the Actions Group Icon (⋮) on the Desired Record
Within the Users page, click the actions group icon (⋮) on the row of the user to whom you want to assign roles.
3. Click the Roles Option
After clicking the actions group icon (⋮), click Roles.
4. Assign the Roles to the User
Within the Roles page, locate the roles you want to assign and enable them as needed.
