How to Import Employees
This guide explains the process of importing employees from OfficeGest into the iLaundry system.
Prerequisites
- The employee must already exist in OfficeGest
- You must have the appropriate permissions to import employees (Learn How to Give Permission)
Steps to Follow
1. Access the Employees Page (People Management Menu)
To access this page, click People Management > Employees in the side menu.
2. Click the Actions Button
Within the Employees page, click the Actions button.
3. Click the Synchronize Option
After clicking the Actions button, click Synchronize to import employees from OfficeGest.
4. Select the Employees to Import
Within the Synchronize interface, select the employees you want to import.
5. Confirm the Import
After selecting the desired employees, confirm the action to start the import.
