How to Update an Article in Contract Fees

Prerequisites


Scenario 1: Renting Contract

Use this process when you want to update the contract fees of articles in renting contracts.

1. Access the Contracts Page (Clients Management Menu)

To access this page, click Clients Management > Contracts in the side menu.

2. Select a Contract

Click the contract in the table to open the detailed view.

3. Click the Contract Fees Tab

Within the Contracts form, click the Contract Fees tab.

4. Select the Contract Fees to Update

Within the Contract Fees tab, click the checkboxes on the left side to select the values you want to update.

5. Click the Bulk Actions Button

After selecting the contract fees to update, click the Bulk Actions button.

6. Click the Delete Selected Option

After clicking the Bulk Actions button, click Delete Selected.

7. Re-add the Contract Fee

Re-add the contract fee to update the synchronized values from OfficeGest.

Scenario 2: Cleaning Contract

Use this process when there are outdated contract fees that must be removed before adding the new values.

1. Access the Contracts Page

To access this page, click Clients Management > Contracts in the side menu.

2. Select a Contract

Click the contract in the table to open the detailed view.

3. Click the Contract Fees Tab

Within the Contracts form, click the Contract Fees tab.

4. Select the Contract Fees to Update

Within the Contract Fees tab, click the checkboxes on the left side to select the values you want to update.

5. Click the Bulk Actions Button

After selecting the contract fees to update, click the Bulk Actions button.

6. Click the Delete Selected Option

After clicking the Bulk Actions button, click Delete Selected.

7. Click the Actions Button

Within the Contract Fees tab, click the Actions button.

8. Click the Synchronize (UN) Option

After clicking the Actions button, click Synchronize (UN) and choose the articles you want to update.

9. Fill in the Form

Fill in all required information in each field as needed.
