How to Import Clients
This guide explains the process of importing clients from OfficeGest into the iLaundry system.
Prerequisites
- The client must already exist in OfficeGest
- You must have the appropriate permissions to import clients (Learn How to Give Permission)
Steps to Follow
1. Access the Clients Page (Clients Management Menu)
To access this page, click Clients Management > Clients in the side menu.
2. Click the Actions Button
Within the Clients page, click the Actions button.
3. Click the Synchronize Option
After clicking the Actions button, click Synchronize to import clients from OfficeGest.
4. Select the Clients to Import
Within the Synchronize interface, select the clients you want to import.
5. Confirm the Import
After selecting the desired clients, confirm the action to start the import.
Additional Notes
- Ignored clients can be managed in the Ignored Clients tab
- Multiple clients can be imported at once by selecting multiple checkboxes
- The import process synchronizes the essential client information from OfficeGest
