How to Remove Articles from Work Orders

Steps to Follow

1. Access the Ongoing Work Page

To access this page, click Ongoing Work in the side menu.

2. Click the Icon (⋮) on the Desired Record

Within the Ongoing Work page, click the icon (⋮) for the record you want.

3. Click the Picked Articles Option

After clicking the icon (⋮), click Picked Articles.

4. Edit the Record

Select the bulk action for the article you want to correct and edit the record.

5. Enter 0 to Remove the Article

Set the value to 0 to remove the article.
