1. Page Objectives

The Dashboard page provides an overview of key performance indicators, such as contract billing and the number of work orders. It allows users to filter data based on specific date ranges, clients, delivery addresses, and business areas.

2. Quick Actions

  • Personal Area: Provides direct access to your personal dashboard, where you can view and manage your personal information, settings, and activity.
  • Clock In/Out: Allows users to quickly log their working hours by clocking in or out.
  • Other...: ...

3. Widgets

  • Contract Billing: Displays the total amount billed under active contracts, providing a snapshot of current revenue generated through contractual agreements.
  • Nr. of Work Orders: Shows the total number of work orders processed or pending within the system, giving an overview of ongoing or completed tasks.

4. Filters

  • Start Date: The date from which data is considered.
  • End Date: The final date up to which data is included.
  • Time Frame: A range defined by the start and end dates to examine data within a specific period. This filter updates the previous ones: "Start Date" and "End Date".
  • Client: The specific client associated with the data.
  • Delivery Address: The location linked to the data for delivery purposes.
  • Business Area: The business segment or department relevant to the data.
